Childhood Musical Development

Enrolling your child in music lessons is the first step toward developing his or her musical abilities and fostering a love of music that will last a lifetime. However, 1-on-1 private instruction is only part of the equation. Children who study music privately are also asked to participate in the Holy Trinity Choir School. There your child will learn to match pitch, sing as part of an ensemble, read rhythms, and work together as a team. The Choir School uses the curriculum Voice for Life published by the Royal School of Church Music in America.
